Production Process
1ใRAW MATERIAL
Test the indicators of each ingredients according to the standard, and the raw materials are qualified and put into production.
2 ใPACKAGING MATERIAL
Packaging compatibility testing is done before purchasing, and packaging materials are also inspected for appearance and capacity, leak testing, and destructive testing, and the packaging materials are cleaned and sterilized after passing the test.
3ใSEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT
Physical and chemical tests (including sensory tests, PH value, heat and cold resistance, etc.) and microb -iological tests.
4ใFILLING & PACKING
We will check and confirm the volume, content and packaging material of the product according to the standard, and fill it after confirming it is correct.
5ใFINISHED GOODS
Microbiological tests and physico-chemical tests are carried out according to standards before delivery.Once deliver the goods, we will provide COA and MSDS for our client.
